Description
For this painting I got my inspiration from a visit to the The Draper Wildlife Management Area in McConnells, SC. The original is painted with acrylic paints with a few highlights in alcohol inks painted on a birch artist panel. The Wildlife Management area is wonderful place to experience the end of June or beginning of July. There are huge fields of sunflowers planted between rows of corn. It's candy for the eyes! My husband and I want to make this occasion a yearly event.
